多绳提升机井塔楼面异常振动处理

摘要: 针对母杜柴登矿井主井井塔在实际运行过程中出现部分楼面异常振动,无法满足安全生产要求的情况,对井塔振动进行了振动原因分析和检测,最终确定了电动机定子侧为振源体,振动原因为设备缺陷引起的电机控制耦合振动,从而导致了井塔楼板固有频率与电动机振动频率接近而产生共振现象,并据此提出了适宜的振动处理方案。

Abstract: Abnormal vibration partly appears on the floor of the main shaft tower in operation of Muducaideng mine, which is unable to meet the requirements of safety production. Through analysis and detection, motor stator side is eventually determined to be the vibration source, and the motor control coupling vibration caused by equipment deficiency leads to the resonation between the shaft tower floor and the motor for the inherent frequency of the former is very close to the vibrational frequency of the latter. This paper tries to reveal the reasons and puts forward proper vibration treatment schemes.
